Having decided on the preferred holiday destination & dates please
phone our Head Office to confirm availability. If required, a
provisional booking can also be made during this call.
Provisional booking reservations must be made by telephone or email and
all such bookings should be confirmed within 14 days by sending us a
fully completed booking form and deposit of
£200 per person, per holiday booked or deposit of
£300 per person for our Gran Canaria,
Lanzarote and Bournemouth Christmas holidays. We accept cheques or
BACS payments.
On receipt of the
booking form & deposit, the Principal Carer will read through all
the clients’ information.
It
is very important that the correct information is given on the
booking form as when this is returned to the office a risk
assessment is carried out to ensure Smile Holidays are able to meet
the individual clients’ needs on their holiday with us. Should there
be any queries or concerns at this point the Principal Carer or
office holiday coordinator will contact the named referrer on the
booking form to discuss the relevant information.
Once the booking has been accepted, we will notify you in writing of our
acknowledgement of deposit and booking. Smile Holidays will include
details of the balance outstanding and required date of final
payment, being 60 days prior to the commencement date for our UK
holidays and 90 days prior to the commencement of our Gran Canaria,
Lanzarote, and Bournemouth Christmas holidays.
Insurance is mandatory and a copy of the
insurance document is required one month before the commencement of
the holiday. If more than 1 holiday is required, this should be
indicated on the booking form
