Norfolk  An enjoyable holiday in Norfolk staying in a holiday cottage close to Norfolk’s sandy beaches. As well as being famous for its seaside holiday resorts, Norfolk is also renowned for the superb Norfolk countryside. The area is also a focal point of the famous Norfolk Broads, a network of canals and waterways so much a part of East Anglia’s cultural heritage.

The Norfolk seaside town of Cromer, famous for its crabs, boasts one of the first piers to have been built in the 20th century. Visit the RNLI ‘s all weather lifeboat station at the end of the pier. There is also a museum which features historic photographs, paintings, models and memorabilia. Visit the RNLI gift shop

The Bure Valley Railway is fast becoming one of England's premier narrow gauge railways.
The steam and diesel trains pass through scenery which is as varied, interesting and beautiful as any to be found on a railway journey in England. The two main stations are at Aylsham and Wroxham, with three smaller stations in between. This is a perfect day out for any train enthusiast. Don't forget the camera!

The Southern Comfort Mississippi is a double-deck paddle boat that is purpose built for the Norfolk Broads. The boat is a luxury river cruiser, which runs from the beautiful village of Horning, along the River Bure through the village and out to Ranworth Broad and back, passing by lovely old thatched houses and windmills. Just sit back, relax and enjoy!

Banham Zoo offers wide appeal to many visitors. Monkey and gibbons are one
of the main attractions within the zoo, together with the pride of Banham Zoo which are the snow leopards. Marvel at the diversity of the wildlife kingdom. Experience at close quarters some of the worlds most exotic, rare and endangered animals in 35 acres of beautiful parkland and gardens. Enjoy a ride on the Safari Road train.
