Booking and Payment
A deposit of £150 must be included with the completed
booking form. On receipt of the booking form and deposit, Smile
Holidays will issue an initial invoice detailing the balance
outstanding and required date of final payment, being 60 days prior
to the commencement date of the holiday. Failure to make payment by
the required date will result in cancellation of the booking.
Insurance details are required one month before the commencement of
the holiday. |

Cancellation If for circumstances beyond the control of Smile
Holidays, the chosen destination or dates are unavailable, an
alternative will be offered. If the proposed alternative is
unacceptable, a full refund will be issued. If the client cancels after initial booking and payment of the
deposit no refund will be given. Also if the client cancels after
payment of the final invoice, no refund will be available. Smile
Holidays recommend that independent insurance is secured and should
include cancellation cover. For convenience, details of insurance
companies and contact numbers are included in our brochure. |

What Next?
Use the booking form button to order your booking
pack. Having decided on the preferred holiday destination
and dates we suggest you phone Head Office to confirm availability.
If required, a provisional booking can also be made during this
call and we will send you a booking form for completion. This booking will be held for 14 days pending receipt of the
completed booking form and £150 deposit or full payment. If more than 1 holiday is required this
should be indicated on the booking form.
