Booking & Payment                                 Booking Form

Having decided on the preferred holiday destination and dates please phone Head Office to confirm availability. If required, a provisional booking can also be made during this call.

Provisional booking reservations may be made by telephone but all such bookings must be confirmed within 14 days by sending us a fully completed booking form and deposit of £150.00 per person, per holiday booked. On receipt of the booking form and deposit, the Principal Carer will read through all the clients’ information.

It is very important that the correct information is given on the booking form as when this is returned to the office a risk assessment is carried out to ensure Smile Holidays are able to meet the individual clients’ needs on their holiday with us.

Should there be any queries or concerns at this point the Principal Carer or office holiday coordinator will contact the named referrer on the booking form to discuss the relevant information.

Once the booking has been accepted we will notify you in writing of our acknowledgement of deposit and booking. Smile Holidays will include details of the balance outstanding and required date of final payment, being 60 days prior to the commencement date of the holiday.

Insurance is mandatory and a copy of the insurance document is required one month before the commencement of the holiday.

If more than 1 holiday is required this should be indicated on the booking form.

Tailor Made Holidays

Clients who require a tailor-made holiday should contact Smile Holidays Principal Carer to discuss individual and group requirements. A visit by the Principle Carer to discuss and meet potential holiday clients may be available.
